  • Login As (Class Teacher contains username, Password, Captcha “i am not a robot”), Press on (Attendance).
  • Click on (daily Attendance), Select date, Choose reason of Absence, Also hit Reset Attendance.
  • Click on Student Attendance Report, view attendance analysis based on dates, This will show present students compared to all.
  • Click on Month and view student attendance analysis by date. Open link and view reasons of absence.
  • Select any month and view records individually by selecting any date. As view reasons that (not present, Sick leave & Others).

Students Registration & Removing process

1: Registration Steps

  • Registration can be done by (Class teacher) as through (Student data).
  • If data is already listed, update profile with parent detaails.
  • If students are not listed then press on (Register Student).
  • Provide (ID Number, birth certificate number, passport number), After all procedure click on (update information).

2: Exporting Data

  • Open APDM KPM portal, Login with (User ID, Password, and click SUBMIT)
  • Choose student data, can be download based on year or grade.
  • Click on download excel option in right head corner.

3: Delete Students Data

  • Students records can be removed or delete by clicking on (Student Data menu)
  • To delete record, open list tick box (student name), and press on (delete)
  • Choose removing reason of student.
  • After all this and click again on (delete student).

4: Update Teacher Data

  • For registration of new class teacher or replacing old one, teacher can request to Administrator for update information, its can be final by clicking on (Class Registration) menu.
